How to Measure:

 

•  Chest Circumference: Measure at the widest part of your chest, making sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor.
•  Waist Circumference: Measure at the narrowest part of your waist.
•  Hip Circumference: Measure at the widest part of your hips.
